Nuestra fe no puede limitarse al domingo de cada semana, no puede limitarse exclusivamente a los momento más difíciles de la vida, no puede limitarse al testimonio dentro de la parroquia en la que me congrego… Simplemente, la fe NO PUEDE LIMITARSE.
Dentro de cada uno de nosotros se encuentra depositada una semilla, esa semilla de la buena nueva que fue sembrada en el momento en el que tuvimos nuestro encuentro con Cristo. La semilla -para dar frutos- necesita ser plantada, cuidada, regada, para finalmente dar cosecha, y en esa cosecha más semillas para compartir con las demás tierras fértiles.
Para que nuestra semilla se convierta en una bella planta frondosa, necesitamos moverla de la sombra, para que la luz del sol la llene del calor necesario para vivir plenamente, es decir, necesitamos alejarnos de la oscuridad del pecado y acercarnos a la luz del amor que es Dios.
Nuestra semilla debe ser regada, necesita de agua para crecer, así mismo nosotros necesitamos de los medios de crecimiento para acercarnos más a Dios, orar para formar una verdadera relación de amor con el Padre, la Eucaristía para tener la común unión con el Hijo y confiar en que esa agua nos preparará para nuestra mejor cosecha, es decir iluminados por el Espíritu nos convertiremos en Sal y Luz de este mundo.
Si no cuidamos nuestra planta (si no cuidamos la gracia que Dios nos da) nuestra planta se llenará de pestes que nos comerán poco a poco llevándonos a la muerte (perderemos nuestro estado de Gracia, nos llenaremos de pecado y este nos llevará a la muerte).
La planta necesita sol, agua, cuidado para dar frutos, así mismo nosotros necesitamos del amor de Dios para vivir, necesitamos poner de nuestra parte para acercarnos a Él, cuidarnos del enemigo, para finalmente dar frutos como servidores de su Palabra.
